These Terms and Conditions govern participation in our kids' selection process and brand photoshoot opportunities.

All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai and Maharashtra
By registering your child with SmiloKidz, you agree to the following terms on behalf of yourself and your child:
1. Our team conducts a fair and professional selection process based on the brand's criteria.
2. Selected kids will be contacted. Participation is open to children aged 6 months to 17 years.
3. A parent or legal guardian must complete the registration and provide consent for participation.
4. All information provided must be accurate and verifiable.
5. Registration must be completed through the official form provided by SmiloKidz.
6. Parents/guardians are required to submit the child’s details, recent photographs, and pay the applicable registration fee.
7. Selected participants will be informed through official communication channels (email, phone, or WhatsApp).
8. Participation in any photoshoot or campaign requires prior parental consent.
9. The child must be available on the confirmed date, time, and location of the shoot. Any delay or absence without prior notice may lead to disqualification from future opportunities.
10. Professional behaviour is expected from both children and accompanying parents/guardians at all times.
11. Cooperation and a positive attitude during the shoot are essential to maintain a safe and friendly environment.
12. Child safety is our top priority. All shoots are conducted under professional supervision in a secure environment. A parent or guardian must be present with the child during all shoots and related activities.
13. The company is not responsible for any personal belongings or injuries arising from negligence or non-compliance with instructions.
14. Selected children may receive opportunities for collaboration with brands for paid or promotional shoots. Compensation (if applicable) will be clearly communicated before each project.
15. All collaborations are subject to the approval of both the brand and SmiloKidz.
16. Photos and videos captured during shoots may be used by the company or brand for promotional, social media, or marketing purposes with prior parental consent.
17. SmiloKidz reserves the right to modify, update, or change these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any such changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our official platforms. Continued participation after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
